Val National Account Executive
We an innovative, complete solution provider for the food and beverage packaging industry. We specialize in single serve formats for a variety of ingredients (coffee, tea, powder, vitamins, other pre-packed products, and more). We are growing at a fast pace, and are planning to introduce even more products this year. We are looking for the next member of our great Sales Team. If you like the thrill of the hunt, and the rewards that follow, we want to talk to you!

Responsibilities

  • In-person as well as inside sales calls.
  • Acute attention to quality and detail. Able to research, find creative ways to establish contacts, as well as sell buyers on new products.
  • Client/Prospect Relationship Development
  • Cold Calling
  • Trade show set-up, attendance, and follow-up on leads.
  • Positive personality and ability to identify and influence decision makers on the value of product offerings and services.
  • Self-Motivated Individual with the desire to work in a fast paced environment, where your actions significantly impact the overall growth of the company and your own success.
  • Problem Solving, Decision Making. Listening and Creative Thinking Capabilities
  • Develop a business plan for accounts to meet or exceed sales, marketing and customer satisfaction objectives.
  • Ability to manage proposal responses.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts.
  • Research client and consumer needs as well as industry trends.

Skills Needed

· 1-4yrs direct B2B sales experience or B2B Customer Service preferred

· Superior written, verbal, and physical communication skills

· Exp. selling production equipment or packaging machines HIGHLY desired.

· Experience managing/maintaining and negotiating with multiple customers/accounts

· Reasoning and analytical thinking

· Must be willing to learn new skills and be open to coaching

· Full Cycle sales understanding and/or experience

· CRM experience

· Work independently and in team environment

· Proactive, ambitious, and persistent

· Communicating (orally and written) and conducting presentations (written, remote, and in person)

· Valid DL, valid documents for flight travel (Passport or RealID)

We offer a 401K w/match, Healthcare Savings Account (100% paid by employer), 3 weeks PTO, and growth opportunities.

Starting base salary $58K - $65K DOE plus generous commission plan and potential bonuses

Travel may be up to 35% paid by employer. Travel could be out of state, and from 1 to 5 days typically.

Must be able to pass initial background check and drug screen (not screening for cannabis)

Pay: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
